Mahmoud was born in Egypt and has spent the past twelve years working in technology in the United States, most of it in executive roles. He still consults. The career has not ended. What changed is what gets to live in the center of his calendar.

Ancient Reset sits on land his family has held for decades, on the western bank of the Suez Canal in Ismailia. He grew up there. The property is not a hotel he found and converted. It is a working family estate he is bringing back to life with a small team, an organic farm, and a clear idea of what a luxury wellness retreat should and should not be.

He hosts every cohort personally. He is on the property when guests arrive and on the property when they leave. The hospitality is direct because it has to be. Seven guests at a time is the maximum capacity not because it is exclusive, but because it is the largest number one founder can hold without the experience becoming about logistics instead of presence.
