Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment Structure

All reservations require a 50 percent deposit of $6,400 at the time of booking. The remaining balance of $6,400 is invoiced via email 14 days before the retreat start date and must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.

Refund Schedule

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before the retreat start date. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival, deposits are 50 percent refundable. Within 14 days of arrival, deposits are non-refundable.

Balance Non-Payment

If the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation may be cancelled at our discretion and the deposit forfeited.

How to Cancel

To cancel a reservation, email info@ancientreset.com with your booking reference. Cancellations are processed within 5 business days, and any eligible refund is returned to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

Guests may request to reschedule to a future cohort up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of arrival are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.

Force Majeure

In the rare event that Ancient Reset must cancel a cohort due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, travel restrictions, or property emergencies, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future cohort at no additional cost.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruption, as Ancient Reset cannot refund deposits or balances outside the terms stated above.
