Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment Options
Guests may choose from three payment options at checkout. Option A: Pay in full — $7,500 USD charged at booking. Option B: Two payments — $3,750 USD charged at booking, with $3,750 USD due 30 days before arrival. Option C: Three payments — $2,500 USD charged at booking, $2,500 USD due 30 days after the first payment, and $2,500 USD due 30 days before arrival. Subsequent payments are invoiced via email and must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
Refund Schedule — Full Payment
For guests who pay in full: the full amount is refundable up to 30 days before the retreat start date. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50 percent is refundable. Within 14 days of arrival, the payment is non-refundable.
Refund Schedule — Deposit Plans
For guests on a two- or three-payment plan: if you cancel before the second payment is due, your deposit is refundable minus a 10 percent administrative fee. If you cancel after the second payment has been made, all payments made to date are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future cohort within 12 months of the original booking date. The same policy applies proportionally to the three-payment plan.
Balance Non-Payment
If a scheduled payment is not made by its due date, the reservation may be cancelled at our discretion and prior payments forfeited.
How to Cancel
To cancel a reservation, email info@ancientreset.com with your booking reference. Cancellations are processed within 5 business days, and any eligible refund is returned to the original payment method.
Rescheduling
Guests may request to reschedule to a future cohort up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of arrival are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.
Force Majeure
In the rare event that Ancient Reset must cancel a cohort due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, travel restrictions, or property emergencies, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future cohort at no additional cost.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruption, as Ancient Reset cannot refund deposits or balances outside the terms stated above.
