Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Ancient Reset website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A 50 percent deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. Full payment terms are detailed in our Cancellation Policy.
Eligibility and Health
Ancient Reset is a wellness retreat that includes physical activities, temperature-based therapies, and dietary protocols. Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline participation in specific activities if we determine they are not safe for an individual guest. Guests are strongly encouraged to consult their physician before booking if they have any health concerns.
Conduct on Property
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with respect. Ancient Reset reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the property without refund if their behavior disrupts the experience of other guests or damages property.
Photography and Privacy
Ancient Reset may take photographs of the property and general activities for marketing purposes. Guests will not be photographed without explicit consent. Guests are asked to respect the privacy of other guests and refrain from photographing others without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Ancient Reset is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from guest activities on or off the property, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ancient Reset is legally registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
